Maple Syrup "Poke" Cake

1 boxed yellow cake mix
1/2 c. MacArthur's Maple Syrup
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Bake cake as directed on box. Poke holes in top of cake. Drizzle syrup on cake. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Serve and enjoy!

Pat in the pan Pie Crust

1 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbs. milk

Combine the dry ingredients in a pie plate. Combine oil and milk and stir into the flour mixture til moistened. Press dough into plate and up the sides.

Bake for 13-15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Fresh Strawberry Pie

1 1/2 Quarts strawberries, washed and hulled
1 1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 small box strawberry jello

Combine sugar, salt, cornstarch and water in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Add dry jello. Cool slightly. Fill baked pie shell with fruit. Cover with glaze and refrigerate several hours.  Enjoy! (also tastes great with our Raspberries!)
